Do you cover my area?
We cover London inside the M25 plus Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and parts of Essex. If you’re not sure, call us — if we can’t get to you we’ll point you to someone good who can.
Are quotes really free?
Yes. Site survey, measurements and written quote are all free with no obligation. We won’t chase you afterwards either — one follow-up call, then we leave it to you.
Are you properly accredited and insured?
MCS-certified for solar (cert NAPIT-MCS-12047), CompetentRoofer member (4218), NICEIC approved for the electrical side, and £10m public liability cover. All documents available on request before any work starts.
Can you do the roof and the solar at the same time?
That’s our speciality. One scaffold, one team, one project. Most of our customers save £2,000–£4,000 by combining the two compared with using separate contractors.
Will you deal with my insurer for storm damage?
Yes. We handle the assessment, the report, and the work directly with most major UK insurers. You don’t talk to anyone if you don’t want to.
How long does a typical job take?
Solar PV: one to two days. Full re-roof: one to two weeks depending on size and weather. Combined re-roof + solar: usually two to three weeks. We’ll give you exact dates with the quote.
